TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All firearms sales are subject to Federal and State Firearms Regulations. Purchasers will be required to complete all necessary forms in order to facilitate firearm transfers. ALL Firearms regardless of age/classification will be transferred by Jerry T. Hardesty Guns, 3200 Arendell Street, Morehead City, North Carolina 28557 (a licensed FFL dealer) for an administration / transfer fee of $25.00 per firearm.
All firearms sales will be subject to purchaser’s criminal background check for firearms of applicable age & classification. Purchasers with a Federal Firearms License or current North Carolina Concealed Carry are exempt from background checks. Current copies of these documents must be presented at pickup or prior to shipping.
TERMS: A 12% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price.
PAYMENT: Purchasers will make payment in full, which includes bid price, buyer’s premium, and administration / transfer fees payable in the form of cash, cashier’s check, MasterCard, Visa or wire transfer.
Payment is expected within 48 hours of the auctions end.
PICKUP OR SHIPPING OF FIREARMS:
All firearms must be shipped to FFL Dealer OR may be picked up at Hardesty’s Gun Shop, 3200 Arendell Street, Morehead City, North Carolina 28557, (252-240-0766) on the following dates, subject to the handgun regulations below:
March 10, 2011 from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM
March 11, 2011 from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM
March 12, 2011 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM (Store closes at 1:00 PM on Saturday).
Additional PICK-UP: Firearms may be pick-up at Hardesty’s Gun Shop during their normal business hours during the week of March 14 thru March 19, 2011 PROVIDED Payment in Full has been received and confirmed by House Auction Company, Inc.
Please Email Auction Company if you will be picking up your purchases or prefer to have them shipped.
SHIPPING:
All firearms not picked up in person will be shipped priority insured by Jerry T. Hardesty Guns to Buyer’s designated FFL Dealer via US Postal Service. Charges for shipping, handling and insurance are $45 per long gun and $25 per handgun, payable to Jerry T. Hardesty Guns. Firearms not picked up or shipped by March 19, 2011 are subject to a $10.00 per day storage fee.
All purchasers must provide a paid invoice for their purchases before shipping or at time of pick up. North Carolina residents who pick up handgun purchases at Hardesty’s Gun Shop must provide a current Pistol Permit for each handgun or provide a copy of their current Concealed Carry Permit, or current FFL.
ALL OUT OF STATE PURCHASES OF HANDGUNS MUST TRANSFER TO A LICENSED FFL DEALER IN THEIR RESPECTIVE STATE. SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.
NO FIREARMS WILL BE SOLD TO BIDDERS NOT COMPLYING WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS.
NO SALES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Any Bidder desiring to have their firearm(s) shipped and transferred to a licensed FFL Dealer must provide Jerry T. Hardesty Guns with written authorization (faxed or mailed) from their designated FFL Dealer which request the transfer and shipment of the specific firearm(s) to the designated FFL Dealer for transfer to the Bidder, along with a current copy of the designated FFL Dealer’s Federal Firearms License. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES:
Firearms will be shipped by Jerry T. Hardesty Guns to FFL dealer via US Postal Service. Shipping and handling fees are payable to Jerry T. Hardesty Guns in advance. Shipping, handling and insurance charges for long guns are $45.00 per long gun and for handguns is $25.00 per handgun.
Any items remaining at Hardesty’s Gun Shop after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of House Auction Company, Inc. No refunds will be given.
